Geomatic Surveys Ltd complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 and treats all personal information as private and confidential. We shall only use your name and other information relating to you, that we collect on this website.

We will ensure that your information is accurate and up to date, that we do not keep or store your data for longer than necessary and that appropriate measures are in place to protect the information.

Using your information

The information collected from the website enquiry form is used only for contacting you for tender purposes only and is not used for any future marketing or contact.

If a project does not come to fruition, the contact information gathered is deleted and removed from the server.

If the project commences then the client contact details are logged within the job file and are kept for a period of 7 years (Insurance stipulation) in a locked cabinet with access only by the Managing Director.

After 7 years the paper files are shredded and disposed of securely.

The email is deleted after the project is completed and removed from the server.

IP addresses

We will not collect IP addresses on our system.
